Exploring Jewish Meditation

Step into a sacred pause on Shabbat as we immerse ourselves in the rich tradition of Jewish meditation and spiritual practice. Beginning Shabbat afternoon and moving us gently into the evening with Havdalah, we’ll explore a variety of pathways to deepen our awareness, open our hearts, and make spiritual practice part of our daily lives.

Throughout the afternoon, you’ll be invited into experiences of sacred chant & song, prayer as meditation, silence, intentional eating, and ways of bringing meditation into your daily life. We’ll also share a Shabbat potluck meal, offering a mindful and communal way to nourish body and spirit.

More details will be sent to those who register.
