Kundalini (which means awareness) considers itself the mother of all yogas and seeks to connect us to our true selves. We will strengthen this connection by focussing each yoga class on one of the attributes or middot of mussar. You can do this if you've never done yoga before or if you have done yoga forever. No particular level of physical fitness is required, as long as you can breathe and move your body. So come breathe, move, meditate & spend some quality time with yourself!! You will have fun & feel awesome!! Bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water, a cushion & a blanket. Sat nam ("true self")! |
